I carried the PS in my purse while I was out running errands for several hours today. I photographed sun, dark clouds, rain, a rainbow, and trees in bloom, all from parking lots. The thing that attracted me to this tree was how vibrant the leaves were all backlit by the sun, but it didn't turn out as good as it looked. As for the sun flare...I wish I could get that pale bokleh around the sun to show up more, but my editing skills are severely limited.
The leaves are looking very cool all lit up by the sun.
ReplyDeleteI think it's beautiful! It's like one of those photos in Guideposts that come with an inspiring quote!
ReplyDeleteI love how dark the sky is below! How are you feeling lately?
ReplyDeletevery pretty! LOL Catherine...
ReplyDeleteI went to reply to you, but it says no-reply blogger on my email. :( I'll answer here. YES! Real bunnies. They are SO cute! Can't wait to post a photo, but I don't want to disturb them too much.
ReplyDeleteAnother great P/S shot. It's amazing what those little camera's can do given a chance. I did use the flash to capture the snowflakes on my "snowing" shot. But it was purely by accident. I just pulled the camera out of my bag, turned it on and shot a picture. The flash automatically fired, and silly me thought I was so smart and could do better than the camera and turned it off. I took several more pictures without the flash and none of them showed the snowflakes, so that shows you how much I know! I never would have thought you'd need a flash outside to capture snowflakes, but now I know. See what this project is teaching me!
ReplyDeleteI love all of the contrast in this picture, the sunburst and the backlit leaves.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a shooting commet in there!!
ReplyDeleteHow pretty! The way the green leaves are lit up is very cool. I love spring!
