I gave up on enlarging this...left click for a better view. I have a new e-friend, Lizz, in California. She is another Clickinmom doing a 365. I keep saying how much I want a macro, so when her husband surprised her with extension tubes, she offered to GIVE me her close up filter. (10x macro). It arrived in the mail today, and I have been playing tonight. I have learned a few things....and I am anxious to try it outside tomorrow in better light. Here you see as tiny bulb sprouting........the edge of a penny.....a few almonds, and a thumbtack. Thank you Lizz, for paying it forward, and I will do the same.

Day 24 playing with macro

ReplyDeleteThat is AWESOME! Wonderful photos- and what FUN! I have been wanting a macro lens- but would settle for extension tubes (not that I know how to USE them)- I've never heard of closeup filters- must investigate! Fun macro shots!
