Long story short... I was up all night with this poor little guy, and I know now that I cannot take my eyes off of him for any reason today. He got the inflatable doggie neck collar off several times, and he got the bandages off twice...also got his stitches loosened and standing up. This morning I tried this micro-bead neck pillow of mine, snugged up tight with elastics in the back. It's more confortable, so he can sleep, but he gets it off too. I taped a baby sock over his bandage high up on his leg, but he pulls all of his hair off getting it off anyway. I keep thinking about putting hot sauce on the bandage itself....but I do not have the heart to do that yet. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Later in the afternoon now..... Problems are solved with Oscar. New bandages, and the traditional lampshade thingy fixed everything. Why didn't they do that yesterday????
I don't really have any advice, but that picture is so incredibly cute. He looks so pathetic, you just want to give the little guy a hug! Hope he recovers quickly and you can keep that bandage on. Good luck!
