Look who's is standing. Avonlea, is our youngest grandchild. She has been workng at it for awhile and is VERY proud of her accomplishment. She was 8 months old on Jan 8, and that was also right at the time she started pulling her self up. She's been crawling very well for a couple of weeks, but before that she scooted on her tummy, pulling with her arms and pushing with her feet. Before that, she just rolled everywhere and used her hands as well as her feet to get things. Nothing holds her back... She is very determined. She lives next door, so you will see more photos of her on my blog. I do a lot of practicing on her and her sister, Rory .
It doesn't seem like 8 months ago that she was born! What a darling. And a perfect age for taking photos!

ReplyDeleteAh, she's so proud! My little guy is 8 months today but he's not pulling up or even crawling. I'm actually kind of glad since he's #3. He can stay stationary for awhile. :)
