We returned today from our vacation to Kauai, Hawaii. Long story short, we were thrilled with the unbelievale beauty of this island paradise. Some days were cloudy with rain here and there, one day lots of rain, but yesterday, the weather was gorgeous. The day started off with this sunrise. Taken with my little point and shoot, this is SOOC. I had it set to "sunset", so it automatically enhanced the colors, but the scene was naturally beautiful and colorful. For the next week or so, I will be sharing pics from our trip here.
I couldn't believe our good fortune to have this AMAZING sunset last night. There were only two nights where the weather gave us something so beautiful. This almost brought me to tears. We were all packed up and ready to leave for the airport so this last photo was really my goodbye Kauai shot.
Gorgeous. I'm from Kauai and i'm always still amazed by the beauty of the island.
