Normally, it is exciting to see new leaves on the rose bushes in early Spring, however this year it is a bit disturbing, in February, when things are usually, and rightfully, under the snow. I am left wondering if the winter storms will hit us in March and April, or not at all. Should I water my lawn? Will the bulbs come up? I am full of questions.
