This is my 8 year old grandson, Cameron. I took him and his brother to the zoo a few weeks ago....hence, this photo. Today, I was sitting by him in church. He started writing a story. He did not want me reading it because it is not finished, but this is how it began, "Once upon a time, there was an eight year old man...." How cute is that? I can't stop thinking about it and how he sees himself, and wondering what he will do with his life as a grownup. I know one thng, from the looks of things, he is going to be an awesome man, and it will come way too soon.
