Sandy Utah, where I live, was the very first to have a healing field after 9-11. I went out there hoping to get a great shot with my wide angle lens. I need to be up on a balcony of a tall building or something. This is only a small portion of the 3,000 something flags......one for each life lost. There is another group of national flags from nations that were affected that day in the twin towers. A statue of firefighters will be unveiled today or tomorrow. I will get back over there to get a photo of that tomorrow. I liked the lighting here, just before sundown. I didn't want it to look real happy...but more somber for this occasion.
On a happier note..if you did not see yesterday's post of the piggies...take a minute to look at their cuteness.
This is beautiful! What beautiful light!
