Horses

Recently, I got some good horse photos in the nice evening light so I decided to go back to a pasture where I have seen some really pretty horses. When they saw me at the fence, they all came forward...too close for the 50mm. I snapped one photo, and they all turned around and walked away from me. So I got nice pictures all right, of their rear ends! LOL! There was a pretty brown horse who was kicking his heels up high...but alas, I just got his behind, and his other essentials!!! It was a good laugh if nothing else, and these two are the only ones I salvaged.

  1. That is very pretty light! Nice frame on the first; and definitely a rustic, kinda wild and free, feel on the second one!

  2. Really beautiful! Love the light...good choice even with just the two. Both are keepers!

  5. Sticking with those uncooperative horses really paid off. These are gorgeous! So dreamy. I have a hard time w/the 50mm lens too. I find it hard to get what I want in the frame.

  6. Beautiful!! The lighting is just so yummy and dreamy. Maybe you will have to post the others for a good laugh ;)

The reason you can't always see my photos is because I don't always post. I am behind, but don't want to loose track of the days so i post wtihout a photo ;) Thanks for sticking with me. I have been such a terrible blogger lately!
