Day 58 My Competition

Well, I did have a good idea to catch a quick photo of my little granddaughters together, after church while they were dressed so cute in the same colors. Rory announced that she absolutely would NOT have her picture taken. Then she decided SHE would take pictures with HER camera. In this first one, she is looking up at her daddy.

Here she is getting his photo.
I couldn't get Avonlea either, because she was moving away from me lickety split.
She walks around to everything and can stand alone. Notice how she has climbed up onto a toy here. She is a very busy one!

  5. Love every photo. Such great colors. My daughter has that toy and NEVER plays with it. I guess standing on it is a good idea. :)

  11. You might not have gotten a picture of them together, but these are just adorable of them doing what they love to do!

  12. All three of these are so cute. The first one is such a sweet portrait. I love the interaction in the second one, and Avonlea is going to be a handful if she's already smart enough to use a toy to stand on to get to what she wants. Fun stuff.

  13. Karren, Thank you!! I do not use LR. I use PS CS5 for all of my photos. I open them up first in ACR and then into PS. It is such a huge task to learn new software. I started using CS5 last summer and was very intimidated!! I still have TONS to learn, but feel I have a handle on the basics to get me by. Most of all, I just wanted to start out by learning what I needed to do to get my skin tones right...then I just kept adding on from there. It will all click on day!! Hope you feel better soon. Being sick does not help the mind! Take care!!
