With this monsoon effect rumbling around over Utah, and the thunder showers for the past several days, we have had some of the most beautiful skies. There was a rainbow shortly before this shot, and some incredible torquoise blue skies before that, sporting some white clouds, and dark thunderheads.
It is dark now, and the thunder is roaring outside. It is raining, and it smells wonderful! We have had several nights with these red clouds over the eastern sky, as the sun went down in the west. The blue in this photo does not do the real color justice. The contrast was so beautiful!

I LOVE the hints of Purple in the first one. We have had some Gorgeous skies the past few days, and I think it is supposed to last a few days more too. Heavenly.
