My precious mother passed away on Mother's Day morning, two years ago today. I miss her more than words can say. I enjoyed going to the cemetery and playing with some photos there. It was quiet and peaceful. I thought about all of the things that have happened in the last two years that I was not able to share with her. Most important are her two new, great-grand children. She loved all of the children so much. She blessed all of our lives in countless ways.
This is BEAUTIFUL! I love the name Grace (it's Emma's middle name) Sounds like your mom was amazing :O)
