Another from tonight

This one was taken a few minutes later just a few steps away.  It was a tiny bit darker already.   I cannot decide which one I like best.  

Tonight's sunset

I have not been posting here for the last month.  I took my neighbor for a walk at the park across the street tonight .   She is recovering form hip surgery,  and is moving pretty slow, so I took the camera with me, for a few shots while we walked.  I think this one turned out pretty nice.  

Fetching Interrupted

Gracie heard a fly in the house and fetching came to an abrupt halt! The hunt began.  She did not rest until she beat it to death with her nose,  on a window sill.   She is so different than my mother's little Dachshund,  Penny,  who was afraid of flies.   I had to hunt them down while  she hid under a blanket crying.   She could not come out  until I showed it to her,  and she knew it was dead.

Braden's girlfriend, Chelsey,  Graduated from Jordan High School last night,  with honors.  I was happy that she asked me to do her Sr. Photos.   I like a lot of them,  but was especially happy that we got this one on this beautiful hill at the far end of the park.

I had a little helper for a couple of hours today while her mom went with her sister for a field trip. She wanted to wash dishes, so I had her wash everything in the play kitchen. It was a big job but she stuck with it and loved every minute of it.

Doggie Fun

I was not really pleased with this photo two years ago when I took it. Somehow, today, it just melts my heart. Maybe because Oscar is gone now, and he looks so cute here. He was the stabilizing force with the dog pictures. Gracie does not cooperate very well with my ideas.
